| product | a thing that people make or grow | |
| capital | a thing that people use to make products | |
| agriculture | using the soil to raise crops or animals | |
| conserve | to use resources carefully | |
| renewable resource | a resource that can be replaced | |
| recycle | to use something again | |
| nonrenewable resource | a resource that cannot be replaced | |
| human resources | people who make products or do jobs for others | |
